Until early 2024 I worked solo as a Senior Motion Graphic Designer on Upwork, doing the script, design, animation and sound myself. It worked: I was making videos for large companies and fast-growing startups, and the results kept bringing new clients.
By 2024 there was more work than one person could take on, so I founded Flash Motion. Since then we've delivered 140+ videos for 70+ teams, including unicorns and fast-growing startups backed by Sequoia, a16z, Y Combinator, Benchmark and Lightspeed.

Open booking pageYes. We do full post-production for founder-led videos, from raw footage to the final cut. It starts with the script: we write it with you, then help you plan and organize the shoot around it, so you know exactly what to film and nothing is missing. You send us all the raw footage, and we take care of the rest: editing and story structure, motion graphics and UI animations on top of the footage, sound design, and a final visual polish. You get the finished video and full source files. Pricing has two parts: post-production at $15/s for the full final runtime, plus the motion graphics rate of $100–$200/s (depending on quality tier) only for the seconds we fully animate. For example, a 90-second video with 20 seconds of animation at $150/s costs 90 × $15 + 20 × $150 = $4,350. Founder-led videos work especially well for launches, fundraising announcements, and building trust with early customers.
We have fixed packages for fully animated videos: Feature Launch Video (30–60s) $5,000, Ad Creative (10–25s) $2,000 per video with a minimum of 3, Full Product Explainer (65–180s) $8,000, and Flagship Launch Video from $15,000. Custom projects are priced per second: fully animated videos $100–$200/s depending on quality tier, footage + motion post-production $15/s for full runtime with animated sections at the main rate, format adaptations $10/s per version, and hook variations at the main rate × 5 seconds each. All rates are confirmed in writing before production begins.

(6) Polish and delivery: once the animation is approved, we add sound design and a final visual polish, and deliver the finished video with full source files.
