- **Hook variations**: Alternative video openings for A/B testing without remaking the full video

## Founder-led videos

Yes. We do full post-production for founder-led videos, from raw footage to the final cut. It starts with the script: we write it with you, then help you plan and organize the shoot around it, so you know exactly what to film and nothing is missing. You send us all the raw footage, and we take care of the rest: editing and story structure, motion graphics and UI animations on top of the footage, sound design, and a final visual polish. You get the finished video and full source files. Pricing has two parts: post-production at $15/s for the full final runtime, plus the motion graphics rate of $100–$200/s (depending on quality tier) only for the seconds we fully animate. For example, a 90-second video with 20 seconds of animation at $150/s costs 90 × $15 + 20 × $150 = $4,350. Founder-led videos work especially well for launches, fundraising announcements, and building trust with early customers.

## Pricing

Fixed-scope projects at https://flashmotion.io/#pricing are priced two ways: fixed **Packages** (default view) built around a project goal, or a **Custom Project** calculator priced per second. Packages apply only to Fully Animated projects; Footage + Motion is available only through the Custom Project calculator.

### Packages (Fully Animated only)

- **Feature Launch Video**: $5,000, 30–60 seconds, built around one feature, update, or announcement. Complete script-to-screen production: messaging and script, one creative direction, custom storyboard and UI polish, 2D and UI animation, music and sound design, main 16:9 version, and source files.
- **Ad Creative**: $2,000 (minimum x3 videos), 10–25 second ad cut built for paid social or search campaigns. Concept and script tailored for performance, 2D or UI animation, music and sound design, delivered in your primary ad format.
- **Full Product Explainer**: $8,000, 65–180 seconds, built for explaining a complete product, platform, or multi-feature workflow. Deeper messaging and script development, custom visual concept and storyboard, full custom design and animation, music and sound design, main 16:9 version, and source files.
- **Flagship Launch Video**: $15,000+, Custom scope, built for a major product or company launch. Advanced creative direction, advanced 2D, 3D, or mixed-media production, may include hooks, cutdowns, adaptations, or additional campaign assets. Final pricing confirmed after discovery.

- **Fully Animated videos**: $100–$200/s depending on quality tier (confirmed on a discovery call)
- **Footage + Motion post-production**: $15/s for full video runtime; animated motion graphics sections billed at the main motion rate
- **Format adaptations**: $10/s per additional format version
- **Hook variations**: Main rate × 5 seconds per hook
- **Rush delivery**: optional tiers at ×1.25 speed (+25%), ×1.5 (+50%), ×2 (+100%), ×3 (+150%), ×4 (+200%)
- **Timelines**: counted in working hours, 10:00–24:00 Prague time, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays), from the kickoff date; one working day is 14 hours, and the calculator shows the estimated delivery date and time in the client's time zone, or picks the cheapest speed that meets a deadline the client sets
- **Weekend work**: optional, +50% on the full project scope, so Saturdays and Sundays count as working days and the video is ready sooner

All rates are confirmed in writing before production begins.

## Contracts & Payment

Every project is agreed and paid through Contra: Flash Motion's Project Terms, a Statement of Work (scope, deliverables, fee, revision rounds, target delivery date) and an invoice. The fee is paid 100% upfront as an advance against services; if a client cancels, the unearned balance is refunded. 1. **Discovery call**: Align on product, audience, goals, positioning, and core video idea
2. **Creative direction**: Define style, pacing, audio direction, and format
3. **Script**: Concise, impact-focused script written to support the product story
4. **Design**: Detailed storyboard in Figma with real-time client access and frame-by-frame visibility
5. **Animation**: After Effects production with Frame.io reviews and timestamp-specific feedback
6. **Polish & delivery**: Once the animation is approved, sound design and a final visual polish are added, and the finished video is delivered with full source files

## Founder

Bohdan Serdiuk is the Founder & CEO of Flash Motion. Until early 2024 he worked solo as a freelance Senior Motion Graphic Designer on Upwork, handling every part of the production himself (script, design, animation, and sound) for large companies and fast-growing startups. When the demand outgrew one person, he founded Flash Motion in January 2024, which he leads from Prague, Czech Republic. The studio has delivered 140+ videos for 70+ SaaS, AI and tech companies, including unicorns and fast-growing startups backed by Sequoia, a16z, Y Combinator, Benchmark and Lightspeed.
